A PG owner does not sit at a desk. You are at the building one hour, at the bank the next, and at your cousin’s function by evening. Your PG software has to move with you. That is why the mobile app matters more than any fancy website.
What you should be able to do on your phone
- Add a new tenant when they walk in
- Record a rent payment in cash or UPI
- See who has not paid this month
- Check which beds are empty
- Log and close a complaint
- Note an expense on the spot
A real day, from the corridor
Imagine you are standing in the corridor of your PG in Andheri. A new tenant has just arrived with his bag. You open the app, add his name, pick the bed and note the deposit. Two minutes, done. Earlier, this meant a form, a pen and a photocopy lying on your desk for a week.

Android and iOS
Our PG management app works on Android and iOS. There is also a web dashboard for your computer. Everything stays in sync, so what you update on your phone shows on the laptop. On the app stores, search for “PG CRM” to find it.
Keep it simple for your staff
A good app is easy enough for a manager who is not very tech-savvy. Big buttons, clear names and no confusing menus. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use a well-made app.
A small tip
Give your manager his own login on his own phone. That way, he records payments himself and you see them in real time. No more waiting till evening for the “day’s report”.
Want to make this easier? Our PG management software keeps your rooms, tenants and rent in one place, with automatic reminders and reports. See all the features, or start a free 3-day trial.
Take your whole PG in your pocket
